Two of the guys who tend the garden asked if I'd like to come back into the garden and see what they'd planted. Isn't it cool how they use coconut palm
trunks for their raised beds? They grow a lot of their ingredients for their menu at the resort but they probably import most of it from New Zealand and
Fiji's main islands.
